At Moröjden, north of Krongatan, lies Kandelabern - a new residential area with a total of 178 modern rental apartments. Here you live close to the city with greenery, forests, and recreation just around the corner, while also having easy access to services, transportation, and central Skellefteå. With a bus stop next to the area and good parking options, it is easy to get to and from the residence.

Kandelabern is the first of Skebo's properties covered by Komfort+. Here, modern rental living is combined with community, activities, and extra conveniences. The accommodation is aimed at individuals over 50 years old and is designed to meet various needs throughout life.

Right next to the property is Moröjden's illuminated jogging track with nice, lit trails that offer opportunities for outdoor activities all year round.

The Apartments

The apartments are divided into four building structures with height variations from 4 to 10 floors.

The new apartments are modern, bright, and space-efficient with smart layouts. All apartments have a dishwasher. The smaller apartments are equipped with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, while the larger apartments have separate washing machines and dryers.

Most apartments have balconies that will be enclosed before occupancy. Three apartments have French balconies.

Parking

At Kandelabern, there are 116 parking spaces, including visitor parking. Charging stations will be offered according to the tenants' needs.

Prices with 50% discount for the first two years:

• Non-electric parking space: 275 SEK (regular price 550 SEK/month)
• Parking space with engine heater: 450 SEK (regular price 900 SEK/month)
• Carport with engine heater: 575 SEK (regular price 1,150 SEK/month)

Accommodation That Can Evolve with Your Needs

With Komfort+, you get accommodation that is designed to follow you through life. You move into a regular rental apartment, but from the age of 65, there is an opportunity to convert the apartment into a sheltered housing. This means that you can stay in the same home while gaining access to the additional benefits that sheltered housing offers. Instead of moving when needs change, you can let the accommodation evolve with you.

Rental Process

Renting is done in stages, starting with house D at Krongatan 17.

The apartments in house D will be listed for rent on September 8, 2026 and can be booked until October 5, 2026.
Move-in will be at the earliest in May 2027.

Other houses will be offered for rent in later stages.

In order for contract signing to take place, a sufficient number of apartments must be booked. Therefore, Skebo reserves the right to postpone rental and move-in if the demand is not deemed sufficient.
