The new concept is initially introduced in the part of Moröhöjden on Krongatan we call Höjden. It's a new area consisting of modern rental apartments - close to forest, walking paths, activities, and services.

Höjden will accommodate overnight accommodation for visitors, inviting common areas, sauna, and a simple gym. Additionally, there will be a host on-site creating conditions for a vibrant, pleasant, and safe environment for those living here.

Through Comfort+, we have created a way of living where everyday life can flow a little easier. A home close to both nature and city, where the practical is solved and you can spend your time on what gives you energy. Here, living is about more than just the apartment itself, it's about a whole that is characterized by comfort, security, and the possibility of community.
