Skebo is making a big investment in new construction outside central Skellefteå. Approximately 70 new apartments are being built in Kåge with a planned move-in date of January 2023.
Attractive and Scenic Area
The area where the approximately 70 new apartments will be built is located on Ulriksgatan in central Kåge. With Kågeälven as the nearest neighbor, proximity to the school, and good commuting options, it's a housing option for everyone. Skebo's current property, built in 1967 on Kvarnbacken, will be demolished. The demolition of three buildings with 36 apartments will start in early summer 2021.
One-bedroom, Two-bedroom, and Three-bedroom
The new apartments will be one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units distributed across seven two-story townhouses. This will double the old apartment stock in the area. All apartments come with a nice balcony or inviting patio. The houses are built in wood and access to the apartments is through walkways. There is ample space for relaxation in the spacious green areas between the houses.
