Skebo sees good opportunities to strengthen the supply of housing for the elderly in Bureå and therefore takes initiative to develop senior housing units in existing ground floor apartments in the new construction on Norra Kustvägen in Bureå. The apartments are located in close proximity to the senior living facility Bureåborg, where a caretaker and common area are already established.

Skebo has aimed to reach a local agreement with the Tenant Association regarding the rent adjustment for 2026 well before April. After several constructive meetings, the parties have now jointly decided to move on to central mediation through the Rental Market Committee, in light of Skellefteå's special market situation and the economic conditions in the negotiation...

This year's tenant survey, conducted in collaboration with AktivBo, shows that Skebo continues to strengthen its relationship with its tenants. The survey is based on four parts: taking the customer seriously, safety, cleanliness, and help when needed. Significant improvements are visible in several areas - and where the results are not as strong, work is already underway...

Skebo regularly conducts a housing queue survey to gain better insight into the needs and desires of future tenants. This year's results provide a clear picture of what many people in the queue are looking for - and what is important to them going forward...

When the Musikhjälpen week was over, we could see how many of Skebo's tenants wanted to contribute and pass on the kindness. Between the 1st and 7th of December, good deeds were shared among neighbors, friends, and complete strangers...

It was full of laughs, popcorn, and magic tricks when Skebo invited to a family day at the new office on Södra Järnvägsgatan. Over 100 registered tenants came to join in - and the atmosphere was great from the start...
