    Skebo anpassar byggstarter efter framtida bostadsbehov

    Skebos styrelse har beslutat att avbryta upphandlingarna av fyra planerade byggprojekt: Volten, Astern, Nattkvarteret och Väverskan. Totalt handlar det om cirka 350 lägenheter och 420 studentbostäder. Beslutet grundas i att marknadsläget förändrats snabbt och att det i dagsläget finns en tillräcklig bostadsbuffert för att kunna avvakta med nyproduktion.

    Islands in the city when Frigg comes to life

    In the neighborhood of Frigg, one of Skebo's newer residential areas in the city center, a new artwork is currently taking shape. The artist behind the work is Pär Axelsson from Robertsfors. Skebo is participating in this summer's edition of the Wallstreet Art Festival, which will bring color to several locations in Skellefteå from June to August.
